Returns & Refunds Policy
At Donnelly Stoves, we take pride in the quality of our Rocket Stoves. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited returns policy. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is faulty or damaged on delivery.
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Our Rocket Stoves are designed for outdoor cooking only. Using them indoors or for other purposes may void eligibility for returns or warranty claims.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us via:

Include:
- Your order number
- Description of the fault or damage
- Photos of the damage (if applicable)
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
3. Return Process
If your return is approved:
- We will provide instructions for returning the product.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging if possible.
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).
Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the item was received damaged or faulty.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Only the purchase price of the product will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the product was faulty or damaged.
5. Warranty Claims
In addition to returns, our Rocket Stoves come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty claims must follow the same notification process as returns.
